Of all races available to create a Tav in, Githyanki is the only one I'd never heard of before. So it's my first choice. I want a magic class, but "wizard" and "warlock" are already taken by Origin companions, so, sorceror it is. I like the spare, bony build that comes naturally to a species adapted to low gravity and riding on dragons, but their mercilessly martial attitude doesn't appeal to me, so Erynios - a butchering of Erinyes, the Greek Furies who administered justice, and in Forgotten Realms lore, the personal guard of Baalphegor - will be a laid-back, live-and-let-live outlier, eschewing his race-specific dialogue options in favour of more diplomatic ones, and will derive great satisfaction from snubbing that tryhard Lae'Zel. I let the randomizer do its work; it created the perfect long-haired hippie Gith. The Dream Guardian, on the other hand, was crafted for the maximum contrast possible: a short, wide, jade green dwarf with frosty white mutton chops.
Un-Gith though he is, Erynios will not, of course, partake of the tadpoles.
