Chief Anderson

first upload: 05-11-2004
update 21-01-2005: fixed a tiny hair niggle.

Or, as he was called in "Gatchaman", Doctor Nambu. The person behind
G-Force/Gatchaman, a dedicated and somewhat humourless character
who believes that saving the world is best left to five minors in
spandex suits. In BOTP, this character was Chief of Security; in
the original show he was a behind-the-scenes friend of the president
who had the money for this kind of thing, a bit like Batman.

Unlike Cronos' sunglasses which are part of his suit, Anderson's
glasses are attached to his head. If the contents of "cronos.zip"
and "anderson.zip" are both copied to the Skins directory, then,
when creating the Sim, Anderson's head may show up bald, and Cronos'
head may show up with Anderson's hair and glasses, so it's best to
create Anderson before adding the Cronos files. Or do as I do:
create any old Sim and then hand-edit the body string in IFF Pencil.

As usual, the textures are mostly recoloured bits of Maxis texture
cobbled together.

Conditions for use:
These files are being made available for fans to use in their own
installed Sims games. I don't mind the files being distributed
among friends, or skinners using/editing the meshes for their own
skins and including them in the download, under these conditions:

-No files from this archive may be put up for download on websites
without my permission, except for (edited versions of) the meshes,
provided the source is credited.

-No money may be charged for any files in this archive.

-The meshes may not be used to promote commercial or ideological

For technical problems with these files, I wrote something called the
Sims Support Page (http://www.simania.nl/ssp/ssp.htm). To
email me personally, put the word "gatch" in the subject line to keep
the mail out of the spambox. (In good weeks, I get 200 spam mails a
week. In bad weeks, I get 400 spam mails a week. Not kidding.)
