The leader of Galactor in the first season of Gatchaman; in BOTP, split up into the ruler of Spectra and his sister. This character needs the What Hair Day mirror from the Custom objects page, and optionally the improved skinny defaults. The "male" and "female" bodies will show up for both sexes.
