Unripe, colouring Porters, turning so pink that it hurt my eyes (and
made me wonder if these were Thai Pink Egg). This is why "pink" tomatoes are
called that, of course: for the candy colour they have each time someone goes
to look if they're ripe yet.
Once it's ripe - shown here with Black Trifele and Moscovy
Delikates - there's hardly any pink left. Still a pretty little
plum, though.
A late Porter that wants to be heart-shaped and is not pink at all,
just a light off-red, here contrasted with "white" White Wonder and
definitely red Moscovy Delikates.
